Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and directly in the app, in your Pieces Auto App account. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery.

You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. Please cancel it directly in your Pieces Auto App account or contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
